Great energy efficient windows that cooled down the south-facing room of our home immediately.
The guys installing the windows worked fast and did a great job. The only negative is that while filing down the protruding old metal window frames, the decorative pre-existing painted window frames got nicked in places that need to be repainted. Other than that we are super pleased.

EVERYTHING went so smoothly from my first call to the office, to the sales call and onsite estimate, to the installation. I would have liked for the project to have gone more quickly, but Window World is busy, busy, busy because they have a great product and a great reputation. The installers called about 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time to let me know they were on the way. Upon arrival, they immediately went to work. They were careful, courteous and congenial and they finished exactly on schedule. When they left, the area around my patio door was cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend Window World, without reservation, ABSOLUTELY!

5/19/26-8/27/26: I had to wait 14wks2d for installation. During this wait period, I was never updated by anyone (Crystal?) on manufacturing or installation delays, hence I ended up calling them at 12 weeks. Conrad in sales noted 12 wks on my deposit receipt. I don’t know if it was truly a delay in manufacturing or the ability to provide an installation date. They seemed very backlogged. Rafael and his assistant, Arnold, did a great job installing; courteous and professional! Would I recommend? Questionable. I would’ve given 5 stars if the wait time was communicated and MUCH FASTER! They’re definitely short staffed. Today’s customer service is fast and convenient. Ask Amazon! That’s what customers expect now! A 4-star rating was generous!

We had five windows and two sliders replaced, the Window world team were fast and respectful of our property. And after the installation Rafael took us through every window and both sliders to show us how they worked and how to clean them. They did a wonderful job.
